Hoy se cumplen 12 años del auto-atentado del 11-S, y su autoría gubernamental sigue siendo una verdad clandestina. Ya basta.

 

Quienes montaron ese crimen contra la humanidad ya lo han utilizado para librar sus guerras. El 11-S ya no les sirve de nada. A nosotros sí. Nos sirve para unir nuestras voces y nuestra fuerzas para hacer que resplandezca la verdad.  Por eso hemos de convertir el 11-S en Día de la Verdad .

 

El 11-S es el acontecimiento central de nuestro tiempo. Comprender el 11-S es la llave para comprender el mundo en que vivimos, y el arma para dar la batalla por la libertad en el siglo XXI. Si no lo comprendemos, nos condenamos a una existencia colectiva de ignorancia y esclavitud.

The operations of secret intelligence agencies aiming at the manipulation of public opinion generally involve a combination of cynical deception with the pathetic gullibility of the targeted populations.

There is ample reason to believe that the case of Edward Joseph Snowden fits into this pattern. We are likely dealing here with a limited hangout operation, in which carefully selected and falsified documents and other materials are deliberately revealed by an insider who pretends to be a fugitive rebelling against the excesses of some oppressive or dangerous government agency.

But the revelations turn out to have been prepared with a view to shaping the public consciousness in a way which is advantageous to the intelligence agency involved. At the same time, gullible young people can be duped into supporting a personality cult of the leaker, more commonly referred to as a “whistleblower.” A further variation on the theme can be the attempt of the sponsoring intelligence agency to introduce their chosen conduit, now posing as a defector, into the intelligence apparatus of a targeted foreign government. In this case, the leaker or whistleblower attains the status of a triple agent.

Any attempt to educate public opinion about the dynamics of limited hangout operations inevitably collides with the residue left in the minds of millions by recent successful examples of this technique. It will be hard for many to understand Snowden, precisely because they will insist on seeing him as the latest courageous example in a line of development which includes Daniel Ellsberg and Julian Assange, both still viewed by large swaths of naïve opinion as authentic challengers of oppressive government.

This is because the landmark limited hangout operation at the beginning of the current post-Cold War era was that of Daniel Ellsberg and the Pentagon papers, which laid the groundwork for the CIA’s Watergate attack on the Nixon administration, and more broadly, on the office of the presidency itself. More recently, we have had the case of Assange and Wikileaks. Using these two cases primarily, we can develop a simple typology of the limited hangout operation which can be of significant value to those striving to avoid the role of useful idiots amidst the current cascade of whistleblowers and limited hangout artists.

In this analysis, we should also recall that limited hangouts have been around for a very long time. In 1620 Fra Paolo Sarpi, the dominant figure of the Venetian intelligence establishment of his time, advised the Venetian senate that the best way to defeat anti-Venetian propaganda was indirectly. He recommended the method of saying something good about a person or institution while pretending to say something bad. An example might be criticizing a bloody dictator for beating his dog - the real dimensions of his crimes are thus totally underplayed.

Limited hangout artists are instant media darlings

The most obvious characteristic of the limited hangout operative is that he or she immediately becomes the darling of the controlled corporate media. In the case of Daniel Ellsberg, his doctored set of Pentagon papers were published by the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Boston Globe, and eventually by a consortium totaling seventeen corporate newspapers. These press organs successfully argued the case for publication all the way to the United States Supreme Court, where they prevailed against the Nixon administration.

Needless to say, surviving critics of the Warren Commission, and more recent veterans of the 9/11 truth movement, and know very well that this is emphatically not the treatment reserved for messengers whose revelations are genuinely unwelcome to the Wall Street centered US ruling class. These latter are more likely to be slandered, vilified and dragged through the mud, or, even more likely, passed over in complete silence and blacked out. In extreme cases, they can be kidnapped, renditioned or liquidated.

Cass Sunstein present at the creation of Wikileaks

As for Assange and Wikileaks, the autumn 2010 document dump was farmed out in advance to five of the most prestigious press organs in the world, including the New York Times, the London Guardian, El Pais of Madrid, Der Spiegel of Hamburg, and Le Monde of Paris. This was the Assange media cartel, made up of papers previously specialized in discrediting 9/11 critics and doubters. But even before the document dumps had begun, Wikileaks had received a preemptive endorsement from none other than the notorious totalitarian Cass Sunstein, later an official of the Obama White House, and today married to Samantha Power, the author of the military coup that overthrew Mubarak and currently Obama’s pick for US ambassador to the United Nations. Sunstein is infamous for his thesis that government agencies should conduct covert operations using pseudo-independent agents of influence for the “cognitive infiltration of extremist groups” - meaning of those who reject in the establishment view of history and reality. Sunstein’s article entitled “Brave New WikiWorld” was published in the Washington Post of February 24, 2007, and touted the capabilities of Wikileaks for the destabilization of China. Perhaps the point of Ed Snowden’s presence in Hong Kong is to begin re-targeting these capabilities back towards the original anti-Chinese plan.

Snowden has already become a media celebrity of the first magnitude. His career was launched by the US left liberal Glenn Greenwald, now writing for the London Guardian, which expresses the viewpoints of the left wing of the British intelligence community. Thus, the current scandal is very much Made in England, and may benefit from inputs from the British GCHQ of Cheltenham, the Siamese twin of the NSA at Fort Meade, Maryland. During the days of his media debut, it was not uncommon to see a controlled press organ like CNN dedicating one third of every broadcast hour of air time to the birth, life, and miracles of Ed Snowden.

Another suspicious and tell-tale endorsement for Snowden comes from the former State Department public diplomacy asset Norman Solomon. Interviewed on RT, Solomon warmly embraced the Snowden Project and assured his viewers that the NSA material dished up by the Hong Kong defector used reliable and authentic. Solomon was notorious ten years ago as a determined enemy of 9/11 truth, acting as a border guard in favor of the Bush administration/neocon theory of terrorism.

Limited hangouts contain little that is new

Another important feature of the limited hangout operation if that the revelations often contain nothing new, but rather repackage old wine in new bottles. In the case of Ellsberg’s Pentagon Papers, very little was revealed which was not already well known to a reader of Le Monde or the dispatches of Agence France Presse. Only those whose understanding of world affairs had been filtered through the Associated Press, CBS News, the New York Times, and the Washington Post found any of Ellsberg’s material a surprise.

Of course, there was method in Ellsberg’s madness. The Pentagon papers allegedly derived from an internal review of the decision-making processes leading to the Vietnam War, conducted after 1967-68 under the supervision of Morton Halperin and Leslie Gelb. Ellsberg, then a young RAND Corporation analyst and militant warmonger, was associated with this work. Upon examination, we find that the Pentagon papers tend to cover up such CIA crimes as the mass murder mandated under Operation Phoenix, and the massive CIA drug running associated with the proprietary airline Air America. Rather, when atrocities are in question, the US Army generally receives the blame. Politicians in general, and President John F. Kennedy in particular, are portrayed in a sinister light - one might say demonized. No insights whatever into the Kennedy assassination are offered. This was a smelly concoction, and it was not altogether excluded that the radicalized elements of the Vietnam era might have carried the day in denouncing the entire package as a rather obvious fabrication. But a clique around Noam Chomsky and Howard Zinn loudly intervened to praise the quality of the exposé and to lionize Ellsberg personally as a new culture hero for the Silent Generation. From that moment on, the careers of Chomsky and Zinn soared. Pentagon papers skeptics, like the satirical comedian Mort Sahl, a supporter of the Jim Garrison investigation in New Orleans and a critic of the Warren Commission, faced the marginalization of their careers.

April 19, 2013 (LD) - What appear to be private contractors, wearing unmarked, matching uniforms and operating an unmarked SUV affixed with communication equipment near the finish line of the Boston Marathon shortly after the bomb blasts - can be seen beforehand, standing and waiting just meters away from where the first bomb was detonated. The contractor-types had moved away from the bomb's location before it detonated, and could be seen just across the street using communication equipment and waiting for similar dressed and equipped individuals to show up after the blasts.

The men, numbering between 6-8 then begin tearing up the skirting around temporary bleachers erected for the event, opposite the explosion, before taping it off. Then, what appears to be an FBI bomb squad truck pulls up directly behind the contractor-types' SUV, with a woman clearly wearing the letters F.B.I. on her tactical vest emerging and speaking with the contractor-types. Together they disappear from the scene, leaving their vehicles behind.

It should be noted, that with the exception of the contractor-types, all other responders at the scene, including the FBI agent, can be clearly identified, from police to the fire department, to medics and even individuals wearing vests with "B.A.A. Physician" written on them. It should also be noted that no other uniformed individuals can be seen standing near the bomb site aside from the contractor-types.

These men were unidentified, professional contractors apparently augmenting public servants at the Boston Marathon, present before and after the bomb blasts in the direct vicinity of the incident. After the blasts, whether it was their intended function or not, they appeared to be searching for something under the bleachers before being joined by what appears to be the FBI bomb squad. The FBI and the city of Boston has so far categorically failed to provide any information on these highly suspicious individuals.

Questions That Must be Answered 


Several questions must be answered by the FBI, leading the investigation on behalf of we, the American people. The first question is who these men were, with large, black bags in the direct vicinity of where a bomb would detonate, moving away before the blast, and appearing directly across the road afterward. Who hired them and what was their function? Why were they moving amongst the crowd in a semi-covert fashion when all other public servants present were wearing proper uniforms and clearly identified? Did police, firefighters, event organizers, and medics know these men were present and what they were doing?

Why did it appear that the FBI was fully aware of their presence, and in fact working with them, specifically with what looks like a bomb squad unit? Were these contractors specialists in explosives, and if so, what is the significance that at least two of them were spotted just meters from where the blast occurred? 
Why These Questions Demand Answers

The checkered, frightening history (see: FBI's History of Handing "Terror Suspects" Live Explosives) of the FBI's involvement in fomenting false terror attacks, and even presiding over attacks that succeeded in maiming and killing innocent people, should call into question their presence or involvement at any public event, especially when seen associating with unidentified, semi-clandestine organizations that appear to be private contractors.

Private contractors as well, do not answer or work for the public, but rather the highest bidder. Private contractors, most notably Blackwater and its various incarnations have operated both domestically and abroad, committing obscene crimes and atrocities with seemingly absolute impunity. The term "defense contractor" is in fact a euphemism for mercenary, and has no place in a civilized, democratic world, no matter what their alleged mission statement may claim.

That both of these nefarious entities were present and cooperating in the direct vicinity of the Boston bombings, with at least two contractors standing just meters away from where the bomb actually went off, raises a number of possibilities and concerns. A drill may have been being conducted, though the FBI and city officials have denied this. Or, a threat may have been communicated to event organizers ahead of time, which prompted the inclusion of "auxiliary" security, though again, both the FBI and the city of Boston deny receiving any information prior to the bombings. Whichever contracting firm this may have been, may just have wanted to swindle Boston's taxpayers for an easy payday, and coincidentally found itself in the middle of extraordinary circumstances.

However, alarming suspicion is raised when the FBI makes no mention of an organization it was clearly coordinating with, particularly in terms of bombs and explosives before and after the incident, considering the nature of the attack. When an already dubious organization attempts to obfuscate the facts of any given event, it is the right and responsibility of legitimate law enforcement, public representatives and the citizenry itself to demand and get answers. If we are not persistent, with the FBI's bizarre behavior over the past few days, including inexplicably cancelled and suspiciously rushed press conferences, and now what appears to be a Hollywood ending for the case, we may never get those answers.

14 días para el Día de la Verdad

Brandon J. Raub ha recibido la orden de permanecer en una institución de salud mental durante un mes sin cargos. Algo contrario a la Constitución de Estados Unidos, como su defensa dice. Sus partidarios están preocupados de que cualquier estadounidense podría terminar en la misma situación que Raub.

La policía detuvo a Raub, de 26 años, un veterano de la Infantería de Marina, el jueves, sin presentar cargos y sin haber leído siquiera a Raub sus derechos, y lo llevaron al John Randolph Medical Center, donde se encuentra detenido involuntariamente, dijo su defensa en un comunicado de prensa.

Un video de su detención surgió online, lo que provocó la indignación en internet, incluyendo a ciudadanos estadounidenses y activistas de derechos humanos.

“Para los funcionarios del gobierno no solo detener a Brandon Raub por no hacer nada más que ejercer sus derechos de la Primera Enmienda [a la libertad de expresión], sino en realidad forzarle a someterse a evaluaciones psicológicas y detenerlo en contra de su voluntad va en contra de todo principio constitucional sobre los que este país fue fundado” dijo John Whitehead, director ejecutivo del Instituto Rutherford, un grupo de libertades civiles que ha salido en defensa de Raub.

La declaración sobre la situación del veterano publicada en la web del Rutherford Institute destaca que Brandon Raub no es diferente de la mayoría de los estadounidenses “que utilizan sus perfiles particulares de Facebook para publicar una variedad de contenidos, que van desde letras de canciones, la hipérbole política y hasta hablar mal de sus vecinos, amigos y gobernantes.”

La madre de Raub, Cathleen Thomas dijo en una entrevista con CBS 6, una cadena de noticias local, que la evaluación, como se le dijo a su hijo, “fue de 15 minutos de duración, y, básicamente, el evaluador dijo que él no estaba dispuesto a volver a la sociedad y que necesitaba tratamiento psiquiátrico adicional”.

En una audiencia celebrada el lunes en la institución mental, funcionarios del gobierno confirmaron que las publicaciones de Raub en Facebook eran la única razón de su detención, sin prestar atención a sus comentarios de que los mensajes en línea fueron interpretados erróneamente.

Todavía no ha visto la luz y ya está generando controversia. Se trata de "Anger Management", la próxima serie de televisión del actor Charlie Sheen, cuyo productor acaba de ser demandado por el hombre que asegura ser el verdadero responsable del espacio. Jason Shuman asegura que pasó dos años desarrollando el concepto y reclama 50 millones de dólares en compensación a su actual productor, Joe Roth.

Sin embargo, Roth's Revolution Studios "se ha rehusado a respetar el acuerdo escrito" con Shuman, por lo que deberán dilucidarlo en los tribunales de justicia. La polémica sobre un fondo de inversión del mayor banco alemán ha estremecido a la opinión pública de Alemania. Se trata de una modalidad de inversión basada en pólizas de seguros que permite a los clientes de Deutsche Bank apostar indirectamente a la esperanza de vida de personas de la tercera edad.

El planteamiento del fondo DB Life Kompass 3 (Deutsche Bank brújula de vida 3) es extremadamente simple: si la persona de referencia vive de forma más prolongada, gana el banco, pero si muere prematuramente, gana el inversor. En las dos emisiones lanzadas hasta ahora se ha generado una inversión que ronda los 200 millones de euros.

Según informa Frankfurter Allgemeine, la oficina de Defensoría del Pueblo de la Asociación Federal de Bancos alemanes (DBD), al a que no pertenece Deutsche Bank, ha rechazado un proceso de arbitraje solicitado por un abogado de Hamburgo, Tilman Langer, alegando que debe ser un tribunal quien determine si el fondo moral del producto de inversión, que califica como “difícilmente compatible con la dignidad humana”, reviste o no algún tipo de ilegalidad.

El presidente de la Asociación de Seguros de Vida Secundaria alemana (BVZL), Christian Seidl, considera sin embargo que “no se debe polemizar sobre este tipo de fondos como una apuesta sobre la muerte”. “El modelo de negocio de dicho fondo es, en nuestra opinión, moralmente aceptable. De lo contrario, podríamos inferir que cualquier compañía de seguros de pensiones se beneficia de la muerte temprana de los asegurados”, justifica”.

La diferencia es que en este caso Deutsche Bank no vende póliza de seguro alguna, sino unos certificados basados en una estadística referida a la historia clínica de 500 estadounidenses de entre 70 y 90 años. Según el abogado Lange, que representa a uno grupo de unos 30 inversores, el banco ha utilizado además unas tablas de esperanza de vida obsoletas que perjudican a los compradores.

Sin embargo, todo esto es trivial cuando se conocen las relaciones del Deutsche Bank con la financiación de los negocios de Bush, Bin Laden, AlQaeda, y el uso de información privilegiada en el 11-S, en el siguiente video. Ayer murió Lynn Margulis, ex-mujer de Carl Sagan (presentador de Cosmos) y creadora de la teoría simbiogenética de la evolución. Desde hace unos años estaba impugnando la teoría oficial del 11-S.

Gracias a Anónimo por el comentario. El video (subtitulado) merece la pena verlo. Los estudiantes de bachillerato que ahora están empezando a conocer qué es la Ciencia, y que deben conocer cómo funciona el Mundo, no deben perdérselo.

Ayer aparecía una noticia en Publico.es donde se comentaba el discurso de Obama en la conmemoración del 11-S.

A continuación los lectores comentaban la noticia. Merece la pena leerlos para darse cuenta de que los medios están cada vez más alejados de lo que la gente realmente piensa, empezando a formar una especie de realidad paralela, propia de los mejores años de la Unión Soviética, o del mundo de 1984.

Copio el primero de los comentarios, que me pareció interesantísimo.

Ejemplo muy reciente de conspiración que no prosperó:

La toma momentánea de la Plaza Verde de Trípoli, capital de Libia, por parte de los llamados rebeldes libios.

Las imágenes fueron transmitidas por la cadena de televisión qatarí Al Jazeera y retransmitidas posteriormente por las cadenas de televisión de muchos países . También muchos medios de comunicación escritos de todo el mundo se hicieron eco de la noticia.

Periodistas de Russia Today, un medio de comunicación ruso, denunciaron que se trataba de una farsa. Se había creado un decorado similar a la Plaza Verde de Trípoli y se habían contratado a actores y extras para que escenificaran la toma de la plaza. Incluso un actor desempeñaba el papel de uno de los hijos de Gadafi apresado por los rebeldes.

Tras esta denuncia, un portavoz del CNT de Libia (rebeldes), reconoció públicamente el montaje y lo justificó alegando que la retransmisión de los vídeos por cadenas de televisión de todo el mundo habían precipitado el reconocimiento por parte de numerosos países del Consejo de Transición de Libia (CNT) como legítimo representante del Libia. Así, tal cual, como si eso justificara el engaño.

A día de hoy y por lo que yo sé, ninguno de los medios de comunicación escritos de España que se hicieron eco de la falsa noticia ha rectificado ni pedido disculpas a sus lectores. Tampoco tengo conocimiento de que la cadena de televisión Al Jazzera haya hecho nada parecido. Carezco asimismo de conocimiento de que alguna de las cadenas de televisión que retransmitieron las imágenenes de la noticia sin confirmación previa de su autenticidad hayan rectificado o pedido disculpas a sus televidentes.

Recordemos que estamos hablando de crear una noticia falsa y difundirla como auténtica. Y que implicaba nada menos que montar un decorado (como en una película, vamos) que imitase la Plaza Verde de Trípoli y contratar a actores profesionales, aleccionándolos para que representasen una escena, extras como figurantes, ocuparse del "atrezzo", etc.

Imaginemos ahora que nadie levanta la liebre a tiempo, como sí hicieron en este caso los periodistas de Russia Today, y la noticia cuela. Y meses más tarde hay quienes, por las razones que fueran, notan algo raro y empiezan a plantear cuestiones con respecto a las imágenes que se transmitieron y las noticias que se publicaron en relación con la toma momentánea de la Plaza Verde de Trípoli por parte de los llamados rebeldes libios. Tienen que partir de cero y nadar contracorriente, luchando contra los prejuicios de muchísima gente que considera que ha sido la REALIDAD lo que sus ojos han contemplado a través de sus televisores y les han descrito los medios de comunicación. También tendrán que luchar contra grupos muy poderosos y con infinidad de recursos para defender sus intereses, y a quienes quizás convenga que en ese momento se mantenga la versión oficial de la historia . No cabe ninguna duda al respecto de que dichos grupos utilizarán los recursos de los que disponen para intentar desacreditar a quienes se atreviesen a contradecir y/o cuestionar la versión oficial de la historia.

Es más que probable que quienes osaran cuestionar la versión oficial fuesen calificados de conspiranoicos por multitud de personas y medios de comunicación, incluso por gente bienintencionada. Y, en caso de que el fraude no quedase al descubierto de manera ireefutable, cargar con el sambenito de ser un conspiranoico el resto de sus vidas.

Es de suponer que nadie discutirá el hecho de que conspiranoico es un calificativo peyorativo. Un término empleado para descalificar a las personas de antemano y sin remisión posible. Es de suponer también que nadie discutirá el hecho de que todas las connotaciones que se asocian comúnmente al término conspiranoico tienen carácter despectivo y/o degradante para la persona destinataria de tal calificativo.

No pretendo con este comentario defender ninguna teoría conspirativa en particular, sino, y creo que no es poco, demostrar que las conspiraciones existen y que en el siglo XXI llevan aparejadas ineludiblemente componentes mediáticos mucho más complejos y sofisticados que conspiraciones de épocas anteriores.
